Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • MBA Degree with specialization in Personnel Management or Human Resources from a University recognized by the UGC or established by Central or State Government. Experience Required: 3 years experience in supervisory cadre in Central/State Government Services or Public Sector Undertakings. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)ii is applicable.
General conditions from the notification
The ranked list published pursuant to this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years. Candidates appointed to the post shall be on probation for a period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years from the date of joining service. General conditions regarding Part II KS&SSR are applicable except specifically exempted.
