Who can apply

Applications are invited from qualified Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe candidates of Kerala State for selection to the following post.

Age limit

18-41, Only candidates born between 02.01.1980 and 01.01.2003 (both dates are included) are eligible to apply for this post . Note:- In the absence of qualified candidates within the age limit upper age limit shall be relaxed upto 50 years. But in no case the maximum age limit shall exceed 50 (Fifty) years. Qualifications

Pass in Standard VII (New) OR equivalent qualification.

Direct Recruitment (Special Recruitment from among Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes) Note:-Applications received from candidates other than SC/ST will be rejected. Individual communications regarding the rejection of their applications for the above reason will not be issued
General conditions from the notification
(i) The above Vacancy is now in existence. The list of selected candidates published by the Commission shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of three years provided that the said list will not continue to be in force if a new list after the expiry of the minimum period of one year is published. Recruitment will be made for the above vacancy and also for the vacancies reported for Special Recruitment from Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes during the currency of the list. ii) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a Revenue District basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in G.O (MS) No. 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. A candidate advised for appointment in one Revenue District from the Ranked List prepared is not eligible for transfer to another district unless he/she completes five years continuous service from the date of commencement of service in the former district. Even if transfer is allowed after five years, it will be subject to the rules in G O (P) No. 36/91/P&ARD, dated 2.12.1991. But as per G.O (P) No. 12/96/P&ARD dated 16.03.1996, the condition of 5 years service is not applicable for the transfer to the Districts of Idukki, Wayanad and Kasaragod. This concession will be available only for getting transfer into these districts, but not for getting transfer out of these districts and this concession will be granted only once in the career of Government Servant. Candidates already in Government Service holding this post in any one district are prohibited from applying again for this post. But they can apply to higher post, when notified. iii) Candidates from the Ranked List for district wise selection will be advised for appointment against the Head quarters vacancies also. Probation:- Every Person Appointed to the post shall, from the date on which he joins duty, be on probation for a total period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years. Tests:- Every person appointed to the post shall during the period of probation pass the Attenders Test conducted by the Kerala Public Service Commission. a) Rule 10(a) (ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable for selection to the post. b) Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of verification, then only such qualification shall be treated as equivalent to the prescribed qualification concerned. c)If the caste of candidates is wrongly mentioned in their SSLC book, they should claim their origional caste in their applcations and should produce community certificate issued from concerned revenue authority and the Gazette Notification for the same at the time of certificate verification. d)Candidates who claim make false claims about qualification and Experience in their application irrespective of whether they attend the exam after giving confirmation will be liable to disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of KPSC Rules of Procedure 1976.
