Who can apply

Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Assistant Professor in Transfusion Medicine (Blood Bank) in Medical Education. Category No: 139/2022. Vacancies: 02 (Two). Scale of Pay: As per UGC norms. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment. Applications must be submitted online on or before 22-06-2022 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

21-46. Candidates born between 02.01.1976 and 01.01.2001 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. Usual age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST and other backward communities as per rules. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Post Graduate Degree (MD/MS or equivalent) in the concerned subject from a recognized University • DNB in the concerned subject Technical Qualifications: • Three years of teaching experience or other teaching experience as prescribed by the Medical Council of India • Permanent Registration with State Medical Council (Travancore-Cochin Medical Council) Experience Required: Three years of teaching experience in the concerned subject. Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable.
General conditions from the notification
Candidates must have permanent registration with the Travancore-Cochin Medical Council. Candidates appointed must serve in the Defence Service or Defence related jobs in India or abroad for 4 years within the first 10 years of service (excluding training period). This is not applicable to those who have completed 45 years of age or to differently-abled candidates.
