Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of Overseer Gr. III / Draftsman Gr. III in Local Self Government Department. Category No: 135/2021. Vacancies: Anticipated Vacancies. Scale of Pay: 19000-43600/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment. Applications must be submitted online on or before 02-06-2021 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18-36. Only candidates born between 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2003 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post. Usual age relaxation will be given to SC/ST and other backward communities. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Must have passed SSLC or equivalent qualification. Technical Qualifications: • KCSE in Civil Engineering (2 years course) • OR Draftsman (Civil) Craftsmanship Certificate from Industrial Training Institute or Centres conducted by the Government of India, Ministry of Labour after 18 months course followed by 6 months practical training. • OR Civil Engineering Diploma (2 years course) issued by Women's Polytechnics. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Equivalency of qualifications must be proven by government orders produced at the time of certificate verification.
General conditions from the notification
The rank list prepared pursuant to this notification shall cease to be in force after one year from the date on which it comes into force or after three years, whichever is earlier. Candidates must submit confirmation for writing the exam through their profile. Probation period is 2 years out of 3 years of service.
