Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • B.Sc./B.Tech Degree in Engineering (Civil) from a recognized University or equivalent qualification. • Associate Membership Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Institution of Engineers (India) or any other equivalent diploma. • Pass in Sections A and B of the Associate Membership Examination of the Institution of Engineers (India) in Civil Engineering. Experience Required: Not less than 6 years of service in the Subordinate Service of the Harbour Engineering Department. Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable.

The rank list published will be valid for a minimum of one year and a maximum of three years. Rules of Reservation and Rotation are not applicable for departmental candidates. Candidates must provide a service certificate in the prescribed format when required by the Commission.
