Age limit

19 – 41. Only candidates born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2003 (both dates are included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual relaxation to Other Backward Communities and SC/ST candidates subject to the condition that the maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 (Fifty) years. Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • M.D (Ayurveda) Marma/Salya awarded by a recognized University. Technical Qualifications: • 'A' class Registration in the Travancore-Cochin Medical Council. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. Candidates who claim equivalent qualification instead of qualification mentioned in the notification shall produce the relevant Government Order to prove the equivalency at the time of the verification.
General conditions from the notification
Every person appointed to this post shall from the date on which he joins duty be on probation for a period of two years on duty within a continuous period of three years. Part II, Para 2 of the General Conditions applies for age relaxation.
