Kerala PSC recruitment notification for the post of High School Teacher (Arabic) in Education. Category No: 073/2023 – 074/2023. Vacancies: District wise: 073/2023 (Scheduled Caste): Thiruvananthapuram - 01, Alappuzha - 01, Thrissur - 01; 074/2023 (Scheduled Tribe): Kozhikode - 01, Palakkad - 01. Scale of Pay: ₹. 41300-87000/-. Method of Appointment: Direct Recruitment (from Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribe communities only). In the absence of candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste Community, candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribe community will be considered and vice versa.. Applications must be submitted online on or before 29-06-2023 through Kerala PSC One Time Registration.

Age limit

18-45, Only candidates born between 02.01.1978 and 01.01.2005 (both dates included) are eligible to apply. (Including the relaxation as per para 2 (i) of General Conditions). Maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years. Check your age for this post with your date of birth and category

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • A Degree in Arabic or a degree with Arabic as one of the optional subjects under pattern II of Part III and B.Ed/B.T/L.T conferred or recognised by the Universities in Kerala. • A Title of Oriental Learning in Arabic awarded or recognized by the Universities in Kerala (if such title has been declared as equivalent to Part III of Degree) and Certificate in Language Teacher's Training issued by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala. • Post Graduates in Arabic are also eligible to apply if they possess B.Ed/B.T/L.T. • B.Ed should be in the concerned language Arabic. • Candidates who have acquired B A (Arabic and Islamic History) double main degree conducted by Calicut University are also eligible to apply. Technical Qualifications: • Must have passed the Kerala Teacher Eligibility Test (K-TET) for this post conducted by the Government of Kerala. Experience Required: Not applicable Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS & SSR Part II Rule 10 a (ii) is applicable. Degrees/Diplomas awarded by UGC approved Universities or Institutions established through an act passed by Parliament/State Legislative Assembly in accordance with G.O.(M.S) No.526/65/PD dated 17.07.1965 are acceptable.
