Age limit

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • B.A/B.Sc./B.Com. Degree of a recognized university or its equivalent qualification. (for those persons who were appointed prior to 02.09.1991, SSLC will be sufficient) Technical Qualifications: • A Pass in Type Writing and Short hand (English & Malayalam) Lower (KGTE/MGTE) or any other qualifications recognized by Government as equivalent. Experience Required: Service Certificate in the prescribed form from the Head of Office shall be uploaded in the profile. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part-II Rule 10 (a) (ii) is applicable. Government orders declaring equivalent/higher qualifications shall be produced as and when required by the Commission.

General conditions from the notification
Para 1, 7 to 12, 13(a), (b), (f), (g), 14 to 18 and 22 to 30 of the General Conditions are applicable to this post. Rules regarding reservation of appointment (Rule 14 to 17 of Part-II KS&SSR, 1958) are not applicable. 25% of the vacancies arising in the cadre will be reserved for regular employees holding low paid posts under the purview of the Commission who secure 40% marks in the competitive test.
