Educational Qualifications: • M.Ch. /DNB Neurosurgery. Technical Qualifications: • Permanent Registration under State Medical Council (Travancore – Cochin Medical Council) Experience Required: Three years Physical Teaching Experience or such other teaching experience as prescribed by the Medical Council of India. Physical Standards: Not specified Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)ii is applicable.

General conditions from the notification
Candidates must adhere to Part II of the General Conditions. Those appointed must serve for four years during the first ten years of service under Defence Services if required (exemptions apply for differently abled and those over 45 years). Disciplinary action as per Rule 22 of Rules of Procedure applies for bogus claims.
