Qualifications

Educational Qualifications: • Pass in SSLC Technical Qualifications: • Must possess Motor Driving Licence of at least three years standing with endorsement for heavy goods and heavy passenger vehicles and Driver's Badge (The Driving Licence should be current at all stages of selection, viz, on the date of application, the last date for receipt of applications, practical test and interview). Experience Required: Must have 3 (three) years regular service in any cadre in the member societies affiliated to the Kerala State Co-operative Rubber Marketing Federation Limited and should be in service of the member society not only on the date of application but also on the date of appointment to the new post. Physical Standards: Hearing: Perfect. Distant Vision: 6/6 snellen. Near Vision: 0.5 snellen. Colour Vision: Normal. Night Blindness: Nil. Muscles and joints: No Paralysis and all Joints with free movements. Nervous System: Perfectly normal and free from any infectious diseases. Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10(a) (ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable for this selection. Those candidates who have claimed equivalency for qualifications should produce the Government Order proving the same at the time of certificate verification.

General conditions from the notification
The selection is on a statewide basis. As per Rule 184 of KCS, probation period is one year on duty within a continuous period of two years. Para 2 and 7 of General Conditions regarding recruitment by KPSC are not applicable to this post. Differently abled candidates are not eligible.
