Educational Qualifications: • MBA with specialisation in HR Management • Degree in Law and Two year Diploma in Personnel Management Experience Required: Not specified Physical Standards: Not applicable Equivalence / KS&SSR Rules: Rule 10 a (ii) of Part II KS & SSR is applicable. Candidates claiming equivalent qualification must produce the relevant Government Order at the time of verification.
General conditions from the notification
Candidates must follow General Conditions in Part II of the Gazette Notification. Sub Paras (v), (viii), (ix), (x), (xi) & (xiii) in para 2 and paras 5(a), 6 and 7 of the general conditions are not applicable to this post. Probation period is one year on duty within a continuous period of two years.
